Welcome to your sanctuary.
Parenting can be deeply rewarding, but also incredibly overwhelming. This is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. I offer a calm, supportive place to untangle the stress, silence the self-doubt, and reconnect with your confidence. Together, we’ll move beyond survival mode and work toward parenting with more clarity, compassion, and connection.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by parenting challenges, big emotions, yours or your child’s, especially when your child’s needs are unique? If you’re navigating the complex needs of a neurodivergent child, and just trying to hold it all together, you are not alone.
I offer a supportive space where you can process your emotions, get clear on what matters most, and find practical, personalized tools to move forward. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and the belief that there’s no one-size-fits-all answer, especially when parenting a neurodivergent child.
In our sessions, we work from where you are in your journey so that you feel heard and understood – all to create room for you to evolve.
In our sessions, we might explore the emotional toll parenting has taken on you, unpack old stories or beliefs, or zoom in on a specific challenge you're facing at home. My dual lens, as both a psychotherapist and parent coach, allows me to support both your inner experience and the day-to-day strategies that help your family thrive. You deserve support that truly fits your life and honors who you are as a parent and as a person.
My practice is focused on providing a safe space for all and an LGBTQIA+ affirming support for your journey.

Insurance
I do not take insurance, however I participate in out-of-network insurance programs, which typically cover 50% to 100% of my fee. To see what your insurance company covers, you can ask them the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental/behavioral health benefits?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible? If so, how much, and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?
What amount is covered per psychotherapy session?
Please contact me to inquire about your insurance needs before our first session.
Policies
In general, the law protects the confidentiality of all communications between a psychotherapist and a client. No information is disclosed without prior written consent from the client. This is done by signing a HIPPA form. However, there are some exceptions required by law to this rule. I am required by law to report to the authorities the following circumstances:
1) If I suspect that an individual may be involved in child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse.
2) If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person.
3) If a client intends to harm himself or herself. The therapist will make every effort to work with the individual to ensure their safety. However, if an individual does not cooperate, additional measures may need to be taken.
Cancellation
If you cancel less than 24 hours before our session you will be charged the full fee for that session.
Lateness
The therapist is not obligated to make up time due to a client’s lateness. More than 15 minute lateness constitutes a late cancellation and the therapist is not obligated to conduct the session.
My Absence
If I am severely ill or have a life-or-death event, I will inform you that I will be absent.
I inform patients of my vacation or conference schedule at least a week in advance.
If I am unable to give a week’s notice of events which will keep me out of the office I will give 48 hours.
